Role: Engineering ManagerExperience: 15+ YearsLocation: Bangalore--Koramangala 1st BlockWork from office-- 5Days Immediate Joiners preferred Domain RequirementCandidate should have strong experience in the Industrial Automation domain.Preferred exposure includes:Industrial Automation SystemsManufacturing/Factory AutomationPLC/SCADA integrated enterprise applicationsIndustrial IoT (IIoT)Smart Manufacturing PlatformsAutomation Engineering Applications Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple engineering projects and development teams.Drive end-to-end project delivery, planning, execution, and release management.Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, clients, and leadership for requirement gathering and delivery alignment.Manage team performance, mentoring, and technical guidance for developers and leads.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality scalable applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams.Handle project estimation, resource planning, risk management, and escalation handling.Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and engineering best practices.Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Technical Skills RequiredStrong experience in .NET TechnologiesExperience with Microservices ArchitectureStrong understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)Experience with SQL Server and database designExposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment practicesExperience in API development and system integrationsStrong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies Required SkillsStrong stakeholder management skillsExcellent people management and leadership abilitiesStrong communication and client-facing experienceProblem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
