Job Description – .NET Web Application DeveloperExperience: 8+ Years Location: Chennai / Hybrid (as applicable)Role SummaryWe are looking for a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable web applications and services using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across backend, frontend, and database layers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ASP.NET MVC 5 web applicationsBuild and consume SOAP and RESTful services using WCF and ASP.NET Web APIDevelop scalable backend solutions using .NET Framework 4.5+ and .NET Core 2.1+Implement responsive and user-friendly UI using JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, and BootstrapWork with Entity Framework 6 for data access and ORMDesign, optimize, and maintain SQL Server 2016+ databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuningCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new featuresEnsure application security, performance, and scalabilityParticipate in code reviews, debugging, and production support activitiesRequired Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC 5Strong experience in WCF and ASP.NET Web API (SOAP & REST)Proficient in .NET Framework 4.5+ and .NET Core 2.1+Solid frontend development experience using: JavaScriptjQuery / jQuery UIBootstrap 2+Strong knowledge of Entity Framework 6Extensive experience with SQL Server 2016+Good understanding of software development best practices and design patternsStrong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skillsGood to HaveExperience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologiesExperience in deploying and supporting production applications
