Role: Project engineer or Asst Project managerWork Location: Delhi Budget: 6-7 LPA maxImmediate Joiners preferred Roles and Responsibilities:• Manage the overall project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgets.• Liaise with mall management and landlord authorities to obtain necessary fit-out approvals.• Monitor project progress daily and maintain alignment with project timelines using MS Project & Excel.• Conduct site visits for inspections (civil, architectural, and MEP) and prepare detailed reports.• Review contractor payment claims, payment certificates, and project variations.• Provide operational support during store pre-opening and project close-out.• Ensure working drawings meet site execution requirements and develop BOQs for tendering purposes. Preferred Skills: • Experience in retail or mall environments.• Strong understanding of Architectural & MEP drawings and landlord guidelines.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
