HME is looking for passionate, curious, and driven Software Engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems through technology. In this role, you will contribute to building and enhancing software systems used at scale, working closely with experienced engineers in a collaborative and learning-focused environment.What you will do in the position:Work as part of an agile engineering team to design, develop, and enhance software components for complex systemsTranslate functional and technical requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable codeApply logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and propose effective technical solutionsWrite and execute unit tests and system tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and performanceUse debugging and testing tools (debuggers, logs, emulators, test plans) to identify, analyze, and fix defectsSupport sustaining engineering efforts by analyzing issues in existing products and implementing fixes or improvementsInvestigate and help resolve customer-reported issues, working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teamsContinuously learn new technologies, tools, and best practices, and apply them in day-to-day developmentWhat you will need to succeed in this position:0 - 1 year of experience in software development (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skillsSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and basic software design principlesHands-on knowledge of one or more programming languages such as: C / C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript.Basic understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, REST APIsFamiliarity with relational databases and basic SQL conceptsGood communication skills, both written and verbalBachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field (required)
