This role will contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice and should showcase innovation, strategic thinking and have the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice. ERPA is building a candidate bench for anticipated upcoming hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Act as a consultant across multiple client engagements with minimal supervisionUnderstand client business requirements and provide guidance on design, configuration, and prototypingSupport testing cycles and assist in production deploymentCollaborate with Engagement Managers on project updates, risks, and changesWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communicationMaintain accurate forecasting and project trackingSupport pre-sales activities including demos, presentations, and effort estimations (LOEs)Stay updated with Workday releases, features, and industry best practicesBuild and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Payroll, Workday Absence Management & Workday Time TrackingExperience working with a Workday Partner firm is highly preferredActive Workday certifications in one or more of the following: - Workday Payroll - Workday Absence - Workday Time TrackingStrong understanding of Workday PATT processes and best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
