₹6,000/year direct income support to small and marginal farmers in 3 equal instalments.
Eligibility Criteria
- •Small and marginal farmers owning cultivable land up to 2 hectares
- •Must be an Indian citizen with valid Aadhaar
- •Land must be in farmer's name (or jointly held)
- •Excludes: constitutional post holders, serving/retired officers, income-tax payers, professionals (doctors, engineers, lawyers), retired pensioners earning ≥ ₹10,000/month
Required Documents
- •Aadhaar Card
- •Land ownership documents / Khasra-Khatauni
- •Bank account passbook (with IFSC and account number)
- •Mobile number linked to Aadhaar
- •Passport-size photograph
Benefits & What You Get
₹6,000 per year transferred directly to the farmer's bank account in three equal instalments of ₹2,000 each — one instalment every four months. The money is deposited via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to eliminate middlemen.
