Micro-credit facility for street vendors to resume livelihoods post-COVID with formal credit history.
Eligibility Criteria
- •Street vendors vending in urban areas as of or before 24 March 2020
- •Must hold a Certificate of Vending / Identity Card issued by ULB, OR be recommended by ULB/Town Vending Committee
- •Vendors left out of city surveys can also apply with a letter of recommendation from ULB

Benefits & What You Get
Initial working capital loan of ₹10,000 (repayable in 12 months); on timely repayment, eligible for ₹20,000 then ₹50,000 in subsequent cycles. Interest subsidy of 7% per annum credited quarterly to bank account. Incentive of up to ₹1,200/year for digital transactions. No collateral required; builds formal credit history with credit bureaus.
